This Privacy Policy applies to the iTeraPlay Android application (the "App"), published by Live Video Chat Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

iTeraPlay does not require registration or a login. The main input you provide is the TeraBox link you choose to paste into the App so it can be opened, streamed, or downloaded. We do not ask you for your name, email address, or other personal contact details to use these core features.

Link processing

When you paste a link, it is sent to our servers only to process your request — for example, to retrieve playable video data or prepare a file for download. Links are used to fulfil that specific request and are not sold or used to build a profile of you.

Information collected automatically

Like most apps, iTeraPlay and the third-party services it relies on automatically collect some technical information when you use it, which may include:

• Device information (device model, operating system version, language, and screen settings)
• App activity (features used, crash logs, and performance data)
• Approximate location derived from your IP address
• Advertising and analytics identifiers (see Section 4)

Permissions

The App may request permissions such as storage/media access (to save downloaded videos to your device) and network access (to load and stream video links). Each permission is used only for the feature it supports, and you can review or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. How we use it

We use the information described above to:

• Operate core features — loading, streaming, and downloading content from links you provide
• Maintain and improve app performance and fix bugs
• Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, or security issues
• Show and measure advertising, where applicable, through third-party ad networks
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions

4. Third-party services

iTeraPlay may use third-party services for advertising and analytics, such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics etc. These providers may collect device and advertising identifiers, IP address, and app usage data under their own privacy policies. We do not control how these third parties use data beyond what is necessary to provide their service to us, and we encourage you to review their policies.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited technical data with:

• Service providers who help us run the App (hosting, analytics, advertising)
• Authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or valid government request
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required by law

6. Data retention

We retain technical and usage data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as improving stability and preventing abuse, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Links you paste are processed to fulfil your request and are not kept longer than necessary to complete that request.

7. Children's privacy

iTeraPlay is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 12 so we can remove it.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Since the App does not require an account, most of the information we hold is technical and tied to your device rather than your identity. You can also:

• Reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device's settings
• Uninstall the App at any time to stop all data collection by it
• Contact us to ask what information, if any, we hold that is linked to you

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-party trademarks

"TeraBox" and any related names or logos are trademarks of their respective owners. iTeraPlay is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TeraBox or its parent company. References to TeraBox are used only to describe app compatibility.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
