1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Live Video Chat Studio ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
2. Description of the service
iTeraPlay is a utility app that lets you open publicly shared TeraBox links to stream video and, where supported, download it to your device. The App is a viewing and download tool only.
What the App does not do: iTeraPlay does not host, store, or upload any video content on its own servers. It does not create, own, or control the content behind the links you paste, and it does not unlock private content or bypass access controls set by a link's owner.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement, or that you have a parent or guardian's permission to do so.
4. Licence to use the app
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except where applicable law permits it.
5. Your responsibilities
When using iTeraPlay, you agree that you will:
- Only open, stream, or download content that you own, or that you have the right or permission to access
- Not use the App to access private, restricted, or unauthorised content, or to circumvent any access control
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
- Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the App's servers or infrastructure
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding the content you access or download
You are solely responsible for the links you paste into the App and for how you use any content you stream or download through it.
6. Content & intellectual property
The App itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Live Video Chat Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "TeraBox" and any related names, logos, or trademarks belong to their respective owners. iTeraPlay is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TeraBox or its parent company; references to TeraBox are used only to describe compatibility with that service's publicly shared links.
We do not claim ownership of any content accessed through links you paste into the App. Rights to that content remain with its original owners.
7. Third-party links & content
The App interacts with content hosted by third-party services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, or safety of content you access through links you provide, and we do not review or endorse that content.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe content accessible through a link processed by the App infringes your copyright, please contact us with details of the material and your rights, using the information in Section 15. We will review reports in good faith and take appropriate action where required, which may include restricting the App's ability to process a reported link.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every link will load or play successfully, since this can depend on the source service or your network connection.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Video Chat Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including in connection with content accessed through links you provide.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
